Going to court can be a daunting and nervous experience. There's a lot of paperwork involved, and a lot of stress that can come along with it. We will start by making all the collection efforts possible; calling the tenants daily, sending them notices, and emailing them. If we have no luck and the tenant loses all communication we will start the eviction process. The first step is sending out the proper notice and sending it certificate of mailing. After the amount of days go by, per state requirements, we will fill out and submit all the property court documentation needed to get the court process started.
Once a court date is scheduled, we will appear and represent you at the court hearing. We always try to make our best efforts to get the tenants to pay prior to going into the court room. If we are unable to, we will proceed and request a trial, if needed.
After a Judgement is granted, we will coordinate with the Constables the date in which possession will be given. After the lock out is completed, we will schedule a locksmith and coordinate a thorough move out inspection.
