We will easily conduct and draft your lease renewal with the original terms of your current lease agreement. We will provide you with 3 different lease renewal options to chose from.

We have the skill and knowledge with the Landlord Tenant code that we will gladly help you with your filing needs. We will ask that you provide us with all the documents you have in terms of the tenants not paying rent; ledgers, copies of notices sent to the tenants, communication, etc. We will prepare the court documents needed to submit your filings and provide you the originals to sign and submit to the court.
